State Fair Adam Turman Crocks
The 2015 Great Minnesota Get-Together is over but not forgotten… another perfect end to a perfect Minnesota summer.
These crocks include the work of renowned Minnesota artist, Adam Turman, the official 2015 Minnesota State Fair Artist. There’s two sizes, the mini crock ( 2-3/4″H x 2-3/4″W ) and the candy crock (4-1/2″H x 4″W). There is a limited supply of these, when they’re gone there won’t be any more.

This is a miniature version of the sewer pipes that were produced in Red Wing from 1891 -1970 by the John H. Rich Sewer Pipe Company, Red Wing Stoneware, and Red Wing Potteries. Small pieces like this were salesmen’s samples. Unlike the original sewer pipes, this one does have a bottom, so it can be used for storing things. It is impressed with the original logo on the side of the piece
